Returns & Exchange

At Amairaa, we take immense pride in crafting premium ethnic wear with the finest fabrics and intricate craftsmanship. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

• We do not accept returns/exchanges on discounted or sale items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Raise a request: Email us at [support@amairaa.com] with your order details and reason for return.

2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup.

3. Quality Check & Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your exchange/store credit within 5-7 working days.

Note: We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit will be issued for eligible returns.
